Finally completed the 70 Pine lineup after visiting Saga and Overstory, with Crown Shy being the last one left. Safe to say I may have saved the best for last! The restaurant has a great atmosphere - lively, stylish, and polished without feeling overly formal. Service was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The bread was honestly out of this world! Like I didn’t expect at all - definitely the best bread service I've ever had! Even though I couldn't really eat the cheese on top, I still couldn't stop thinking about the bread itself. The roasted short rib was another standout. It was so tender it literally fell off the bone and just melted in your mouth. Easily the best dish of the night. Overall, a fantastic Michelin-starred dining experience that's elevated but still approachable. I'd definitely come back.

First time to this Michelin one star restaurant for contemporary American cuisine for their restaurant week menu. Like their food and the overall atmosphere. Paid extra $28 for their highly recommended Citrus Marinated Chicken. It was good but not worth the premium. Was surprised by their flatbread and desserts instead. In addition, was a bit disappointed by the way they handled the seating. Arrived at 11:45 am for our 12:00 pm reservation. Was told to wait at the bar table for 10 min since we were earlier even though the restaurant was pretty much empty at that hr. Worth trying for the first time but have no intent to go back.

This place is great. It earned a Michelin Star back in 2024 but the food is still wonderful. High class fine dining dishes are served and the kitchen is open to the dining room which is very nice. The Hostess are a bit slow to great or take care of you but apart from that, the place is very nice. We tried the Green Goodess Salad, the Beef Carpaccio, the Monk Fish Au Povre and the Gnocchi Pasta which were all superb! If you are in the neighborbood, I would reccomend this place for a nice light meal!

Crown shy is a restaurant with a delightful variety of carefully selected options. Excellent portion sizes combine with bombastic flavor across the menu, with my notable favorites being tuna tartare served over a corn cracker, and apple cider ice cream. The atmosphere was the only thing I found lacking - While the moody lightning classic of fine dining was pleasant, and so was the open kitchen, the environment had next to no soundproofing leading to a lot of ambient noise with everyone shouting to hear each other until the very end of the evening.

Approachable fine dining exceeds all expectations. Every aspect of the experience is top-notch, from the impeccable service to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Paul at the bar is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and his cocktails are beautifully balanced. We had a delightful conversation about gin and mezcal, and his expertise was evident. Our table had a lovely view of the well-appointed and choreographed kitchen, adding to the overall ambiance. The service was impeccable, and there was no need to rush. We were given ample time to enjoy the food and the highest level of service. When we made our selections, our server, Noelle, described each menu item in beautiful detail. The scallops in blood orange and romaine with green goddess were a standout dish, followed by bucatini for me and monkfish for him. The sommelier, Allie, paired the perfect wine for each course, enhancing the dining experience. The attention to detail and the overall experience for laid back fine dining were truly exceptional. It was an honor to be their guest, and I highly recommend their offerings to anyone seeking a truly memorable dining experience. Don’t skip dessert Thank you Silvia for attention to detail.

One of, if not the best dishes I’ve had. A unique take on a grilled chicken, that makes it stand out on its own. A complete meal, from appetizer to dessert. The beverages were also of top quality & taste. I could ramble on but just know that you can taste everything they put into it and worth the price. Visited from Texas from seeing their YouTube video. The chef came out to speak with me. Very kind encounter. Great experience from walking in to walking out.

So good! Went with couple of friends and shared delicious. Service was great- catering and accommodating. Enjoyed various dishes from bread, salmon, salad, pasta, ravioli, and toffee pudding. My fav dish was the ravioli so much flavor but everything was great quality and great flavor learnings. Overall wonderful atmosphere and great experience/ strongly recommend

The trompe-loeil collaboration with Chef Paola Velez was terrific - the beef kipe "kakigori" succeeded in tricking my eye! From the regular menu, the ricotta ravioli stood out, as did the gruyeres, which were a but of a trompe-loeil in their own right, shaped like churros but savory with gruyere and jalapeno cream. The donut trio from Chef Paola 's menu rounded out a perfect meal. All of the servers on the floor were extremely friendly as well!
